Quality products

Quality products! I've never had anything but the best! Can't beat the prices either (especially when they give so many away for free!). I also had a question and had a quick response, exceeding my expectations completely. Thank you so much for great customer service!

The Best Website for Graphics and tools around!!!

It doesn't matter if you are a leisure crafter or have a business, this website hands down is the best investment in yourself you could make. Their products stand with the best of the competitors and if you have a membership the sky is the limit.
They have the top designers (the same designers as the competitor sites) that don't offer memberships. Furthermore, the customer service is unmatched. If you have a problem it is resolved within hours, not days...hours. The creative Fabrica staff and the designers are very vested in giving expeditious and quality service to the point of it being unbelievable. I highly recommend a subscription plan to this website. It is the best thing you can do for yourself or your business. Daily there are hundreds of items added that is at your disposal. From svg, png, jpg, laser files, embroidery files, fonts, ps elements, mockups, brushes and palettes for ps, brushes and palettes for procreate, editable smart objects for ps, just to name a few services... and with the top subscription plan there is even a font cloud and a font shape generator...seriously no matter your skill level or reason this is the place for you.
I was not paid or given any incentive for this review, I'm just thoroughly impressed and grateful for this platform and wanted to share. Buy it, there is no way you will not get your money worth 1trillion times over.

Within an hour!

My experiences with Creative Fabrica have been very positive. My recent question was answered within an hour! That is amazing!
The sales are awesome and so is the customer support.

I did a lot of research before I made my decision.

I did my research and looked at a lot of websites so that I would get the most for my money. After looking them over I found Creative Fabrica had the most to offer me and help me out with my crafting and business. I did read over some of the reviews and a few negative ones confused me and I did for a moment get a little bit scared that I wasn't making the right decision. I went for it today and clicked "purchase". So glad I did. I did have a question right off the bat and sent an email. I received an email back within a few minutes and had one more question, and another email came right back to me and helped me out with all of my questions. WOW!! I work with a lot of software companies and I was truly amazed at the quick response and I really appreciated it. Now onto creating!!

I was having a problem with one file…

I was having a problem with one file from the download, the file name was too long and my computer just wouldn't do anything with it. I was unable to rename it, so I contacted the Creative Fabrica support and they were able to resolve the problem, they renamed the file for me. We sent numerous emails back and forth, photo shots and videos to determine exactly what was happening. They were patient and always willing to work until it was fixed.

Such an awesome site!

Such an awesome site! It's the only site I trust for graphics, and their license area clearly states what you can and cannot do. Make sure to read that area if you create and sell products! I joined their Craft Club last year, and love it! It's seriously the best part of their site, and I think so many don't realize what it is! You can not only get all their craft designs you want, but you can ask them to draw/paint something for you! You get up to 3 submissions at a time, but there is no limit to how many you can do! If something doesn't come out exactly like you hoped, just shoot them an email and describe it better, or show an example, and they will do their best to please you! I had a specific design in mind, but I wasn't clear enough in my description initially, and I emailed them letting them know more detail, and they created exactly what I wanted!
That brings me to the next part, which is their Customer Service department is TOP NOTCH! They all communicate in a professional, yet personal manner. I know you all have contacted a CS department before only to have them IGNORE your email completely, and more than likely they didn't even read it before they responded, so your issue didn't get resolved. That simply just does NOT happen with CF!!!! Depending on the issue, you may get a refund or credit to use, BUT other times it may be that they FIX whatever the issue is! I recently had an issue with a file that just did not want to cooperate. It behaved the same for them too, but then the artist update the file and it worked for them, but not for me. So, they sent me the design through email instead! (Thank you Mariel!!)
Last year I had an issue with a product that had at least 20 coloring pages. The png and pdf's were not the size that was stated in the description, and the dpi was 89 instead of 300. The SVG file had all 20 on one page! That made it very tedious to use. Brittany responded and had created a new file for me with the SVG's all separated out individually!!! Like, who does that?!! Above and beyond!!! That girl deserves a raise! I hope she got one since then, cause that was AMAZING customer service! That would have taken so much time from my day to do that. (Thanks again for that Brittany, I will never forget that!)
No matter who I interacted with, Kyle, Brittany, Mariel, Kelsea, Jodie etc, they have all been very helpful, courteous and handle whatever it is with ease. Seriously, THE BEST CS department!!! So many companies could learn from them!
One more thing......their FREE section! It's HUGE!!! Plus they give away a font, a graphic and a craft item every single day! It's a really easy way to create a huge library of items to use. Just remember that you MUST alter the free items in some way. It only makes sense to do that anyway so that you don't see the same exact design all over the place. You also need to alter any paid product too, UNLESS you purchase the POD option, which I ALWAYS do if that is available....hint hint artists! Not all of them offer that, but I will buy it every time because even though I almost always alter items anyway, regardless, sometimes I don't have the time to, or it is so perfect the way it is, I don't want to change it. I just love that the option is available. It takes a load off my mind to have that. AND something else for artists to keep in mind, many times I will NOT purchase something if they don't offer the POD option. I have a lot of favorites added waiting for the artist to add that option one day, and then I will swoop it up!
One of these days I will get my act together and change my account to an artist's account. I attempted to last year, but I did not fully comprehend what they were wanting, and I was rejected. So sad, but I thought they were just wanting to see the kind of work you can do period, not specific items you would be selling on their site. I completely misunderstood, and feel so stupid and embarrassed.
Definitely check out their site if you haven't. LOADS of free items, and if there's something you are looking for that they don't have, join the Craft Club......only $4 a month, and like I already explained, you can ask them to create something for you! I could go on and on. Sorry for the book! The place is amazing, and that's all you really need to know. :)

OMG .. it's my addiction

OMG ... I've been purchasing fonts and designs and things for a while now . I used to use another site but now I'm 99.9 % a creative fabrica fan, but also a shopaholic, as might sound silly but it's addictive . I spend as much time on there as someone who goes to the racetrack or a casino. The fonts and graphics are great quality and you've got 1000s of choices of everything . I could spend months going through the pages and still not get through them all , I'd probably die first ????.
Another great thing about Creative fabrica is there customer service , Martin,Zoe, Brittney and Mandy , also someone who you can reach out in Facebook messenger , I don't know there name yet ?. There customer service is above excellent and you always end up getting 100% customer satisfaction , whether it's a store credit or a refund , mines the store credit of course , buy more things ????. But seriously it's awesome and I'll keep looking and I'll keep shopping as there's always something that catches my eye when I least expect it ... damn that always happens !. Thanks guys your awsome

Subscriber Beware

Reviewers giving Creative Fabrica five star reviews here, believe that they "own the assets to create products for sale. They believe assets downloaded during a subscription can be used over and over. i.e. licensed to them. Perhaps you have continued to pay the monthly fee and if so, that is true. You can create with assets you downloaded. BUT, once you cancel the subscription the license to create is revoked. The products you have created are now UN-LICENSED and need to be removed from wherever you have those products for sale.
How many of you know this?
Here is the response from the company, after a cancellation of a subscription:
Since your subscription is now set to completely cancel on XXth Month Year, you will have to follow the below-mentioned terms:
-you are not allowed to create new designs from the downloaded assets, as the commercial license of those assets also expires with your cancellation. So for instance, if you have uploaded a design on Cricut Design Space but have not sold it commercially, you will then not be allowed to sell it after the cancellation as that would be considered as a new design.
-you can create new designs from the downloaded and saved assets but for personal usage only. This is after cancellation.
-you will have to immediately remove all full POD products, in case you have a POD store.
These are in contradiction to their License Summary details, BUT, this IS their RESPONSE.

Great site for a contributor. Get a lot of subscription sales. One of the best technical support available. They answer very quickly and promptly help.
As a contributor, I recommend this site.

Creative Fabrica is an amazing site!

Creative Fabrica is an amazing site!! I have used other design graphics sites but will be using CF exclusively from now on. The selection is incredible and I love the clear guidelines for POD licensing. Many other sites have hidden rules. Super job!
